OUR Healthy

Smile Promise

We continue to update our protocols to keep you healthy and smiling. Here are some things to know as you prepare for your next dental treatment.

We're wishing safety and health for you and your loved ones. We look forward to seeing you!

We’ve always been committed to the highest safety standards—and now deep cleaning has a whole new meaning as we sterilize all chairs, surfaces, and equipment between visits. We've also added new, state of the art air filtration systems and have our office professionally cleaned after every business day.

Masks are required for everyone in the office, including team members and patients. If you don't have one, we'll provide you one at the front desk.

We are requiring wellness checks for our staff and patients. Before seeing patients, team members are checked daily for signs or symptoms of illness, including mandatory temperature checks. Care team members who show any signs or symptoms of a cold, seasonal flu, or COVID-19 must stay home until they have been cleared by their healthcare provider.

We are screening all patients before starting care to assess their COVID-19 risk, including temperature checks and symptom screening.

Our office has invested in extensive equipment to ensure the health and well-being of our patients, staff, and community.

In addition to everyone wearing a mask, our care teams will be wearing a certified N95 mask, face shield, medical gloves, coats, and hair nets.

We’re staggering appointments to limit the number of people arriving which allows us plenty of time to sterilize the office in-between appointments.

Our adjusted operations ensure occupancy compliance to keep our patients and staff safe.

And if you’re an older adult or have underlying medical conditions, we’ll schedule your visit during a slower time of day.

A small distance can go a long way in this unprecedented time. We're efficiently moving patients in and out of treatment rooms so we can properly sterilize the office and limit everyone's exposure to potential viruses.

We're also encouraging patients to wait in their car after checking-in for their appointment. We'll send you a text or come get you when we're ready to see you—and don't forget to wear your mask.

Only patients scheduled for care should be in the office. Family and friends of the patients are encouraged to wait outside the office unless the patient requires personal assistance during their visit. Companions will be checked for symptoms, given a mask, and asked to wait in their car during the appointment.

Your dentures never leave the safety and security of our office. They’re custom-crafted by our master technicians in our on-site lab, where we follow the same protocols of our Healthy Smile Promise.

You’ll know that your dentures are safe and secure from the impression to insertion. We’re following the same safety standards in our lab as we are in the rest of the office by sterilizing the environment throughout the day and having the lab professionally cleaned in the evening.
